Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product.
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care and food items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Clearance, perishable goods, and custom-ordered items are generally not eligible for refund unless defective.
Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
